This clay will be of interst to anyone producing architectural ceramics - handmade tiles, relief panels, ceramic murals or restoration work. Offering extremely low shrinkage: 6% from plastic at 1260c. This effectivly means that you can make your tile section to cover the actual are required, the extra 6% shrinkage allows just sufficient space for grouting. Completely frost proof with excellent themal resistance. Also resistant to warping and cracking.
Firing range: 1240c-1300c (colour: off white)
