RTV128
RTV128 is the new replacement for T28.
This new rubber has all the same properties of the old T28 except the catalyst is Green. This means it easier to see when your rubber and catalyst are fully mixed.
RTV128 is supplied in as a kit which included the correct amount of catalyst to cure the volume of silicone supplied.
We also supply a red fast catalyst and a clear version of the standard catalyst as additional items
Mixing ratio by weight 100g rubber to 5g catalyst
Pot life: 90mins
Tack free: 20 hours
Shore A hardness @ 24 hours: 18 Shore A hardness @ 7 days: 28
To adjust the hardness RTV128 can be mixed with RTV120 in any ratio desired
