Bronze Powders

The finest quality flaked metal powders for use with Ormoline Metallic Paint Medium or Shellac. Supplied in a range of gold shades for gilt effects and a pale green for the creation of verdigris. Base Bronze which is a bright (LG3) bronze colour is popularly used for applying a bronze finish to fired clay or plaster, the colour of this can be darkened by using Renaissance Wax together with artists' quality black oil paint. Alternatively use Rambouillet Gilt Cream or Varnish. Quantity discounts available for quantities of one colour, not mixed:
